An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) is a special, single-topic meeting called outside of our normal schedule to address urgent or significant site matters that cannot wait until the AGM.
We are holding an EGM to review, discuss, and vote on essential updates to our Tenancy Agreement and Society Constitution. Because these foundational documents govern site rules, plotholder responsibilities, and how our society operates, every tenant’s input and vote are vital.
Please take time to review the proposed changes sent to your email (or posted on the site noticeboard) beforehand so you are ready to share your views and vote. If you cannot attend due to exceptional circumstances, please submit your formal apologies to the secretary prior to the meeting.
