Our Annual General Meeting is coming up, and all tenants are required to attend. This annual get-together is where we make key decisions for the site, review our finances, vote on committee roles, and shape how our allotment community runs over the coming year. To help things run smoothly, please make sure you sign in at the door when you arrive so we can log your plot’s representation. Before the meeting, take a moment to look over the agenda and financial reports sent to your email (or posted on the site noticeboard). If you have a specific proposal you’d like everyone to vote on, please submit it in writing to the committee by the night before so we can add it to the agenda. Every plot gets one vote, so your input really does matter! If you genuinely can’t make it due to exceptional circumstances, please send a quick apology note via WhatsApp before the meeting date so we can mark you as excused.
