Spring 2025 is looming, and a fresh season of growth has begun as buds swell and early seeds rise from the warming earth to greet the sun; but enough of that romantic stuff, let’s get back to the nitty gritty...
The season will begin as usual with the Spring inspections on the last Sunday in March, the 30th when the clocks go forward.
The required level for your plot is laid out in the Tenancy Agreement and the revised Inspection check sheet, both of which were put onto WhatsApp in January. Tenants are welcome to be present for the inspection or if they have any issues that they want to clarify with the Committee in advance of the inspection they are welcome to speak to any of the Officers of the Committee beforehand.
Rents for this financial year are due from the 01 April 2025 and must be paid by the 10 May 2025. The cost per part plot is £30.00, as agreed at the AGM, and can be paid in cash or by bank transfer. Should anyone be undecided about whether they wish to continue with their plot this year, I strongly advise that they make an early decision before the rent becomes due
