Community Get Together Event

The Stamford Street Allotment Society recently hosted a heartwarming community gathering to celebrate the remarkable contributions of The Conservation Volunteers (TCV). This event highlighted the transformative work TCV has accomplished in the community garden and communal orchard, a project that has brought vibrancy and growth to the local area.

Held on Saturday 22nd March 2025 , the event took place at the Stamford Street Allotment Society, located on Stamford Street in Ellesmere Port. The gathering proved to be an engaging and inspiring occasion for all attendees.

The event brought together community members and stakeholders to witness the progress made in the garden so far. The showcase was a testament to the collaborative efforts of TCV and the local community.

Adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere, Neil prepared his chili over an open fire, and Stephen served delicious pulled pork, ensuring that guests enjoyed mouthwatering food while they explored the garden’s beauty.
